But lets take it back to show you how I got here …
Four years ago, and 4 months into my maternity leave after having my third son, I found this opportunity. I saw it as a way of feeding my passion for travel, and make travel more affordable for our family.
2 months after joining, I had a car accident which left me with a long term spinal injury and chronic pain condition.
It was at this point, that I decided to fully immerse myself into the business, and its community and when I really saw its potential.
The accident was a turning point, highlighting the importance of making memories with my family. It reminded me that my 9-5 wasn’t going to give that to me, and it certainly wasn’t going to provide me with the flexibility I needed to manage my condition.
What I really wanted was more freedom to be able to visit new places … especially one particular happy place - Disney! I wanted the boys to experience life, with us, and see the world. I wanted to be able to visit the parks as much as possible, with them.
Fast forward, and that is now a reality. I am now full time with my business and have the flexibility to be with my children more, travel more and rest when needed, all whilst earning from something I love - travel!
In the last 12 months I booked over £180k in travel sales, became the fastest qualifying U.K. Ambassador and cemented my place in the top 1% earners of the company.
I also visited 17 different cities (some twice) including Paris, Orlando, LA, Vegas and Palma, as well sailed on 3 different cruise ships.
I’ve won multiple awards - including one direct from Disney themselves, and visited 3 different Disney parks in 6 months!
And I achieved it all … initially working this business Part time!
I sometimes have to pinch myself that this shy, working mum with no travel experience, and absolutely zero confidence could be living this life!
But I am, and nothing brings me more joy than showing other people how to do exactly the same!
This is our reality, and it can be yours too.
