Hayley Meconi

I am Hayley Meconi co founder of Making Travel Pay!
My journey began in September 2017 when my little boy’s Daddy gained his Angel wings. My little boy had already lost one parent and I didn’t want to be that mum that went to work at 7:00 AM and came home at 7:00 PM.

Fast forward nearly three years and here I am a 6 figure annual income earner with a willable business.

This means that should something happen to me I leave a will not a bill and my children will be paid out all my earnings as a director of my organisation. Furthermore we have been able to create memories in 64 different countries in the last three years alone! This business changes lives and I’m so lucky to be part of it.

Hayley Light

Since Making Travel Pay was founded, unfortunately Hayley Light passed away.

We continue to grow the business with her in mind with every decision and help to support her family as she wanted to do herself.

My name is Hayley Light co founder of Making Travel Pay! I am a busy mum to two young boys Charlie and Alfie and I absolutely love what we do!

I found a true way to make my passion my pay cheque and I love sharing this opportunity as it opens many doors! It’s enabled me to Travel more, earn more and experience more and that I love to share!

My name is Claire, I am 33 but I am a single mum, dance teacher, model and also a Travel Ambassador - Youngest in the company. I have worked in the travel industry for over 10 years and this opportunity has opened my eyes to so much more than an income. I love travelling and learning new cultures but needed something flexible to work around my daughter, so I do this PART TIME. Hi, I’m Kirstyn. I’m a single mum to a 6 year old little girl, Maya.I started this business to make some extra money by booking travel for my family members but it is has became so much more than that.

I’m a bit different to most of the people that have joined the business, I joined purely for financial reasons not that I don’t like travel!

During the first Lockdown being self employed it very quickly became apparent that if I didn’t work bills didn’t get paid, I’d heard of network marketing before but was very skeptical of the industry but this just seemed different, from the first video I watched and the zoom calls it looked like a perfect opportunity.

At 50yrs old and a single parent to two young girls the thought creating more time and a residual income was very very exciting.

One day I woke up and my world was turned upside down .
Boxing gloves were needed to replace my princess crown .

Fit and healthy and aged just 35 never did I think a flight would change my life forever. I had a debilitating stroke, 7 to be exact. Unable to walk or talk. It was a long few years struggle with rehab and classes, physio and I still struggle. I think the hardest thing for me was i lost my signature smile. But now I have a new one.

All of these things were temporary as I was strong and determined. I've gotten a lot better over the past 16 years. A long struggle, with bad days to go with the good days.

Before this I was top of my game. A financial controller but I wasn't happy. I was running ragged rushing working for a fortune 500 company. Working for someone else. But now I'm back with a better attitude, kindness, and understanding. Each day i work on myself. Oh i still have bad days but they are few.

After 16 years later and I am living my best life. I grew up travelling the world as a kid so, I got back into my passion, I'm helping others experience history, see their dream locations and few of my own. I volunteer and I'm living life young.

Starting over isn't hard, it's just a step in a new direction. I'm always here to chat or help no matter your hurdles.

I’m married with two grown up children. I decided to take redundancy as my job was moving to another city and this meant travelling on the train 3 hours a day.
